my height is 5.7”? … my height is 5.7”? and weight is 145 lbs. so in pretty good shape the only problem is man boobs. can I do chest exercise like push ups everyday and cardio everyday.and one more thing after exercise and when it’s little cold boobs doesn’t look like boobs. I mean my chest look in really good shape if i c after the shower or workout .please I need your advice

hey man, then you should do aerobic exercise. If you don’t like running, then definitely do speed jump-roping. 1-2 minutes can already be intense, you burn a lot of calories. I think it’s 200 calories burned per 5-10 min. Do it immediately after you wake up in the morning because that is when your carbs from the previous day is stored in fat. So exercising in the morning will burn fat. Don’t eat breakfast until 30 min after because your body is trying to fuel your body.
really, it just … really, it just depends on your ability. Do 2 sets of push-ups for two days in a row, then take a break for 3 days to allow your muscles to grow (you’ll notice muscle mass in your arms within a week or two, seriously). Add on another push-up to do every set. Aerobic exercise is necessary too for losing calories.
