This video by http://www.ferreemoney.com shows you how to upgrade your Word Press blog to version 2.9 and the precautions you need to take into account before doing so.

If you’re lucky enough to use Bluehost as your ISP, you will be able to upgrade ALL of your WP blogs all at once with one click of the mouse.

However, before you click upgrade your Word Press Blog to version 2.9 you need to make sure you do the following to prevent getting a fatal error during the upgrade process.

1. Deactivate ALL of your Plug-Ins.
2. Make a COMPLETE back of your WP Blog(s).
3. Have your WP API key ready if you’re using the WP Stats Plug-In & the All-in-One SEO plug-in.
4. Make sure you use Simple Scripts vs. Fantastico for this upgrade and all future WP installs (it matters) a Lot!
