Our software is MassUpdater 1.5. It’s designed to let ordinary people with no technical ability design entire websites or update existing websites. We made every hot feature (multimedia, YouTube, Flash) available through the software, and made each one shockingly easy to use. We put everything where it could be easily found, and then we sold the software to website owners. Every customer so far has adapted to using the software regularly, and not one needed technical support.

Even we don’t like reading instruction manuals. So, to make the software even easier, we launched a YouTube account with videos showing how to use different features in a friendly and low-stress manner. This video series also offers an opportunity for the press to get a first glimpse of the programmers of MassUpdater and the software itself.

Recently, we launched our newest video series, hosted by the two of us, to give our customers an overview of the new upgrades available in version 1.5. The video series includes one Lead Programmer creating an entire web page in minutes using MassUpdater, the iPhone of website software, while another portion of the series shows how website owners with no technical skill whatsoever can add Flash animation to an already existing website.

We owned a Web Develoment business for a little over a decade (right out of college), and our client base was nearly entirely small businesses with no IT budget, no tech skills, and no time. There are small businesses like this across the country. Ten years ago, they could compete with larger businesses just by having a website. Now those websites need constant updating to compete, and all of the software out there require more time than these business owners have.

As a result, a huge percentage of these businesses are paying $1,000 / month for web developers to maintain their sites.

It has never been more important for these businesses to be able to cut that budget out entirely, and our software makes that possible.
