@Charlyn1996 hi! u … @Charlyn1996 hi! u sound like me when i was 14. 2 hours of soccor practise is alot, and that will deffinatly give you your cardio and strength, and i love how your eating super healthy. some people are naturally a little underweight—i was one of those people. I went to the doctors and got told i had a BMI of 18, but they could easily see by my body that i was in healthy condition and had no problems. i’m now 16 with a bmi of 20, and i havent done anything extra then normal. dont worry xxx

I have no major injuries or anything, except for my knee, which I hurt at cheer doing a stunt. I’m not trying to lose weight, b/c I’m actually underweight, but I don’t know how to gain weight the right way, plus I’ve always eaten super-healthy. Thanks for any help!!
